As a company with a family heritage and culture, we believe in Social Responsibility. For us this means investing for the long term and working and acting in an economically sustainable way. There is no doubt we want to grow internationally. Innovation has to be part of our ambition: we therefore invest in developing new products that better serve our customers’ needs, in a sustainable way. Nevertheless, while growing and maintaining our business, we take our responsibilities towards our people, the environment and the society we operate in very seriously. We are globally compliant with all the legal regulations in all the countries in which we operate. We also take a proactive role in seeking solutions to be ready for further environmental evolutions.

Better World

Innovation is key for Beaulieu International Group. Our main driver is to find better solutions that serve the needs of our customers and that, at the same time, contribute to a better world.

HR Governance

The Beaulieu International Group corporate strategy has been translated into a business strategy that is supported by a strategic HR model. Respect for employees and their rights is a basic principle within Beaulieu International Group, and this over all the sites where Beaulieu International Group is operating. For example, no single company from Beaulieu International Group, in whatever country, is allowed to use child labour, and naturally this requirement extends to all suppliers as well. Beaulieu International Group organizes regular consultations with its stakeholders about its socio-economic situation, and respects all national and international conventions that regulate the employment of workers. Our employees are the driving force behind the success of our organization.

Beaulieu International Group employs people of different nationalities and diverse skills and competences in manufacturing plants, sales offices and distribution centres across Europe, Asia, Russia and North and South America. Beaulieu International Group is a learning organization, a fact that is underlined by its extensive “on the job training" programmes.  We know that every employee contributes an added value to the organisation. Typical of our employees is a passion for their jobs; both in production and in support functions, all over the world. It goes without saying that we cherish this enthusiasm and the diversity of our people, and that initiative and involvement is highly encouraged.

Safety is a priority within the Beaulieu International Group.

It is our daily concern that all employees return home safe and well. As such, we strive to offer a clean and secure working environment where safety and health-related matters are an integral part of daily business. All efforts are made to eliminate potential risks in the working environment, and meet or exceed legal requirements in this respect.

We recognise that our employees are professionals, who often need to work with high-tech and automated equipment. All safety measures should therefore be respected, and all risk assessments should be properly done with appropriate preventive measures taken to mitigate any risks.

Beaulieu International Group wants to build bridges between school and work.

The company believes that practical experience is important as a springboard to a career, and so each year aims to give students the opportunity to enjoy a first work experience within the group.  We also manage different regional charity programmes and work with sheltered workshops for the production of our sample books.

Beaulieu International Group actively seeks to eliminate or minimize the impact of its processes and products on the environment.

Beaulieu International Group works diligently to reduce its environmental impact during the whole process of design, manufacturing and logistics, and is developing recycling solutions for the different Business Units. Excellent energy management is a major challenge for the group as the majority of our production processes consumes large amounts of energy, especially the extrusion and drying processes. It is now an integrated part of our business and monitored continuously. We are also always looking for environmentally friendly solutions for our waste management to reduce our ecological footprint. We closely monitor water consumption and use recycled water where possible. For example, electric driven forklifts have systematically replaced our old forklifts, and we are actively looking at new opportunities in transport (train, boat, etc.) to minimize our impact on the environment.
